Chief Instructor
We currently have a vacancy for a Chief Instructor to work alongside the RTC Principal and Head of Training. Applicants must be trained to RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor level and hold a valid First Aid certificate. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, a good communicator, approachable and friendly and who has 1-2 years SI experience, of managing a team of Instructors and Volunteers.
The position is available for the sailing season (April to October) Min 17.5 hours a week.Competitive pay package.
