Begin the season with some tasty food and catch up with all your summer friends at the traditional fitting out supper.

Starter

Thick caramelised onion tartlet with pickled pears & Roquefort dressing (v)

Warm pancetta & roasted red pepper salad, sherry vinaigrette with a paprika croutons & poached egg

 

Main Course

Slow braised lamb shank with a red wine & mint gravy, parsnip puree & root vegetable crisps

Oven baked plaice fillet, stuffed with a prawn mousse with a brown butter & parmesan crumb on a ragout of tomatoes

all served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes
